Howe Island man wins ENCORE draw
( Jan 16, 2018 - Kingston, ON ) Wilfred Bilow of Howe Island said "yes" to ENCORE and claimed a $100,000 prize in January 10th's ONTARIO 49 draw. Wilfred matched the last six of the seven ENCORE numbers drawn to win the $100,000 prize.
ENCORE can be played in conjunction with most online lottery games for an extra $1. There is an ENCORE draw every day.
The winning ticket was purchased at Food Basics on Highway 15 in Kingston.
