Polly Ann brand frozen dessert bars recalled due to undeclared milk

This recall was triggered by a consumer complaint. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. If other high-risk products are recalled, the CFIA will notify the public through updated Food Recall Warnings.


    1. Imperial Caviar & Seafood and VIP Caviar Club brand Trout Roe recalled due to potential presence of dangerous bacteria

      This recall was triggered by the CFIA inspection activities. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. If other high-risk products are recalled, the CFIA will notify the public through updated Food Recall Warnings.


    2. West Elm recalls Industrial Task Table Lamps

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lamps and return them to West Elm for a full refund, including return shipping. For more information, consumers may contact West Elm toll-free at 1-866-577-9276 between 7:00 a.m. to midnight ET every day or by visiting the West Elm website. 


    3. Pier 1 Imports recalls Decorative Glass Pumpkins

      Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to Pier 1 Imports for refund or credit. For more information, consumers may contact Pier 1 Imports toll free at 1-855-513-5140 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT Saturday or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


    4. Crate and Barrel Canada, Inc. recalls Dakota 71 inches and 51 inches wooden benches

      Consumers should immediately stop using all affected products. Crate and Barrel will be notifying known consumers directly.     1. Hunter Fan Company recalls owner's manual for Contempo ceiling fan

      Consumers with an affected Contempo model ceiling fan should check to ensure that the light globe was installed correctly by turning it clockwise until it stops and is resting firmly in place.  Costco is contacting all known purchasers and providing new instructions for installing the light globe.

    2. Todd Snyder recalls Men's Reverse Sweatshirts

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sweatshirts and return them to Todd Snyder for a full refund plus a $50 gift card.
